Meet Paul
Hi, I’m Paul Barbeau. I buy and improve commercial properties with a focus on apartment complexes and self storage facilities. I’ve owned and managed 190+ apartments and 300+ self storage units across 10 properties in 5 states throughout the Southeast. I currently own two 48-unit apartment complexes and a 3 property self-storage portfolio. I buy underperforming properties then use my capital and experience to turn them into amazing properties.
My goal is to grow my portfolio of properties and to inspire and educate others to become financially successful.
